Cardiothoracic Surgeon (MVHS, Inc., Utica, NY): Perform surgical procedures of the heart, lungs, esophagus, and other organs in the chest. Provide normal and customary surgical, consulting and follow-up services within the Emergency Department and Catheterization Lab. Perform all transcatheter aortic valve replacements and be responsible for all inpatient consults while on duty, as well as provide on-call services for the Hospital’s Emergency Department as necessary to ensure full-time general surgical coverage for Emergency Department patients. Requires: M.D. (first professional medical degree), completed Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery, and New York medical license/license eligibility.
Rate of pay: $720,000/year
