Lab Assistants and Phlebotomists

A unique MVHS program gives new phlebotomist positions (Lab Assistant I, II, PSC, or Lead) 100% tuition reimbursement (up to $2,000) as part of a sign-on and retention program. Relevant training tuition from a local program (MVCC, BOCES or equivalent) are paid out over the course of a two-year payback and retention program.

MVHS also offers a way for you to advance your a career in healthcare while gaining hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art laboratory: become a Certified Phlebotomist with our "Earn While You Learn" Program!

This program combines hands-on training, classroom instruction, and professional support to help you grow in your career.
