Lab Assistants and Phlebotomists

A unique MVHS program gives new phlebotomist positions (Lab Assistant I, II, PSC, or Lead) 100% tuition reimbursement (up to $2,000) as part of a sign-on and retention program. Relevant training tuition from a local program (MVCC, BOCES or equivalent) are paid out over the course of a two-year payback and retention program.

MVHS also now has a $16 minimum wage for all employees, which was instituted at the end of 2021.
