Our new highly competitive wages, paired with boosted shift differentials, flexible schedules and a generous benefits package is part of our commitment to our employees and the workers who take care of our community.

Whether you're a nurse who left to travel or one who passed on a previous offer, now is the time to come back and get paid like a traveler, without the travel!

New pay packages include:
• Up to $54/hour base rate
• 22% shift differential for night shift
• 20% differential for Float Pool
• Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

RN Sign-on Bonus

Mohawk Valley Health System is currently offering up to $10,000 in sign-on bonuses to qualified, full-time Registered Nurses! RNs with 3 or more years of relevant nursing experience are eligible to receive $10,000, and RNs with fewer than 3 years of relevant nursing experience are eligible to receive $5,000. Payment is made in 3 installments over 2 years.

LPN Sign-On Bonus

Mohawk Valley Health System Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently offering $5,000 in sign-on bonuses; LPNs of any experience level qualify! Payment is made in 2 installments over 1 year.
