Job Summary

Responsible for greeting, referring and directing patients, family, visitors, business customers and all others entering the main Bennett Street Reception area.  Performs some scheduling, cashier and registering functions, as needed.  Customer Service role model.

Core Job Responsibilities

Moderate computer background with a minimum of 40 wpm keyboarding ability.  Strong customer service and communication skills required with the ability to pay close attention to detail.  Must be able to work with general office equipment.

Education/Experience Requirements

Required:             High School Diploma with Medical Office or related professional Certification preferred.  Medical Terminology required with a minimum of one year experience as a Scheduler and/or Patient Registrar.
