Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Family Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting alongside experienced physicians and fellow APPs. With primary care offices located throughout the region, MVHS provides comprehensive healthcare services focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and promoting long-term health and wellness. Education/Experience Requirements

REQUIRED:

Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program OR certification from an accredited NP program OR completion of an accredited Physician Assistant Program required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
Ability to meet and maintain credentialing requirements and hospital priviledges.
Knowledge and competency in a wide range of clinical areas.
Familiar with EHR/EMR software.

Licensure/Certification Requirements

REQUIRED:

Current NYS Nurse Practitioner licenses OR Current NYS license as a Physician Assistant with prescription privileges.
Current BCLS, ACLS certifications.

PREFERRED:

Active ANCC certification in relevant specialty
