Salad Maker - Full Time - St. Elizabeth's

Department:  KITCHEN & CAFETERIA

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Food Service Director and Assistant Director policies and procedures of the Food & Nutrition Department will be carried out by the department supervisors.  To provide patients with nutritionally balanced meals prescribed within the diet ordered by the physician.  Foods will be prepared in a safe, clean and sanitized environment.
