System Support Specialist - Full Time - Days
Job Summary
The System Support Specialist – Materials Management will assist Lawson and Epic Coordinator with Lawson data builds, maintenance and training. Responsible for resolving invoicing problems to allow the timely processing of invoices by Accounts Payable. Coordinate product returns, repairs and shipping errors with vendor.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Assists the Lawson & Epic Coordinator with Lawson Builds/set ups, maintenance and training.
- Coordinates "returns", repairs and shipping errors with vendor. (wrong item, damaged goods, etc).
- Review, research and resolve invoice discrepancies pertaining to electronic invoices.
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with all departments throughout MVHS, especially the Accounts Payable Department.
- Supports the Purchasing Staff as it relates to Lawson functionality and GHX.
- Perform other duties as required.
Education/Experience Requirements
REQUIRED:
- AA Degree Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
