Compensation Analyst - Remote Work Opportunity

Department:  HUMAN RESOURCES - FSLH (CC 2000074)

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Director of Human Resources/Total Rewards, applies professional compensation standards, analysis and methods in the development, implementation and administration of compensation and related programs for all non-executive-level positions in the MVHS.  



•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in human resources, business administration, accounting or closely related field.
•    HRCI/SHRM accreditation eligible within one year of employment.  Broad HR knowledge in all fifteen (15) functional areas of HR specialization.
•    Minimum 3 years compensation administration experience required
•    Holds the CCP certification, or is able to finalize attainment of such certification within eighteen (18) months of employment.
