Employment Coordinator - HR - Full Time (1.0) - Days

Department:  HUMAN RESOURCES - FSLH (CC 2000074)

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition the Employment Coordinator is responsible for providing high level responsive . Responsible for onboarding, managing and tracking all new new hires,company transfers, providers and contractors assuring all required clearances are obtained prior to a new employee starting with the organization, all new hire paperwork is complete and assuring I-9 verification is completed in accordance with federal guidelines. Responsible for scheduling interviews for the team; obtaining term files; processing all internal requests such as internal transfers and status changes. Works closely with both internal and external customers assuring proper and timely communication  and represents HR in a positive and professional manner at all times with a high regard of to service excellence. Responsible for proper interpretation of recruitment /  transfer policies and provides guidance on policies and standards to both team and internal/external customers.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Required - Associates Degree in Business or related field

Preferred - Bachelors Degree in Business or related field

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Required - Minimum of two (2) years administrative / office experience with strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office suite and spreadsheets.  Strong written and verbal communication; organized and able to multi-task; dependable and reliable with a high standard of work ethic and drive

Preferred - Prior experience in a Human Resources Role
