Position Summary:   Under the general supervision of the Director of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Manager, applies professional talent planning, sourcing, recruitment and on boarding methods in the development, implementation and administration of MVHS’ talent management goals, systems, processes, policies and procedures.


Education / Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in business administration, HR or closely related field.  An associate degree in business administration, HR or closely related field along with four (4) years of direct experience in healthcare recruitment may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum one (1) year recruitment experience required.
  • PRC certification strongly preferred; CIR/ACIR and/or CSSR/CSMR certification preferred



  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Solid ability to convey interest, warmth, and attentiveness
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems to facilitate efficiency in recruitment processes and to both capture and utilize accurate data to set goals and measure performance
  • Basic understanding of business environment and human capital elements of healthcare recruiting, the work of clinical, administrative and services personnel and job classifications in healthcare
  • Ability to engage in collaborative efforts with others within the organization and in other agencies, institutions or organizations
  • Creative thinking and process improvement experience.
  • Capable of working with people in multi-disciplinary settings.
  • Demonstrated success in a diverse work and recruitment environment
