Senior Compensation Analyst - Remote Work Opportunity

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources/Total Rewards, designs ongoing compensation strategy to support and sustain high performing culture that attracts, retains and rewards talent.  Leads the implementation and administration of the compensation program. 

 

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in human resources, business administration, accounting or related field required.
  • 3-5 years compensation administration experience required
  • CCP certification preferred
