Our 16 primary care medical offices are located in communities throughout the Mohawk Valley. All of our offices are accredited as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The recognition notes our use of evidence-based, patient-centered processes that focus on highly coordinated care and long-term provider/patient relationships.

Our Sister Rose Vincent Family Medicine Center is home to the MVHS Family Medicine Residency Program and serves an ethnically diverse population in the heart of Utica just 2 blocks from the Mohawk Valley Resource Center for Refugees.

Our specialty care practices include 20 offices in the Utica area, with options such as Robotic Surgery, Neuro-Interventional Surgery, Orthopedic, Breast Care Center, and many others. We continue to recruit and expand in order to provide specialized care right here in our local area. Exceptional care close to home is important to us.

We are always enhancing and expanding these efforts in our new, regional healthcare center, the Wynn Hospital, which opened its doors in downtown Utica in October, 2023.
